The EXO is a single channel (two required for stereo) 2 way (HF-LF) active crossover module complete with plug in filter board.

The EXO uses a plug in filter board (supplied with the kit) which contains all the components needed to define the crossover point and filter characteristics for a particular speaker type so changing the speaker will only require a new filter board.

The EXO has on board supply regulators and only requires a single DC supply of +24V or more to operate.
There is provision on the PCB for extra dropper resistors for higher supply voltages (up to 70V DC which gives a lot of flexibility to power the EXO from different supplies.
